- Working with Transaction/Project Management teams and the Portfolio Manager, develop and review 24-month portfolio tickler schedule to identify and develop opportunities to help meet assigned client objectives and develop related analytics for review
- Analyze portfolio data to support scenario planning efforts of Portfolio Managers
- Prepare support materials for quarterly portfolio overviews with clients
- Help to maintain data related to key performance indicators for team and ensure alignment with Firm's Real Estate Strategy metrics, and identify outliers
- Support ad hoc analyses as assigned by head of Portfolio Management or regional Portfolio Manager, including analyses for proposed real estate solutions/opportunities
- Assist with preparation of analysis surrounding capital planning and budgeting process
- Work with Financial Control to understand and verify financial impact of opportunities identified or analyses developed
- Work with other CS Real Estate teams (Transaction Management, Project Management, Property Management, Portfolio Strategy, and Performance & Ops) as issues warrant.
- Functional knowledge of accounting and finance with strong analytical skills. (BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)
- Strong PC skills, particularly spreadsheet and presentation expertise
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Demonstration of strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Costar strongly preferred
