Job DescriptionHow will you make an impact?
As a Pricing Analyst, you will develop tools to help guide the business in setting strategic prices, implementing price/volume improvement programs, and tracking Price/Volume impact. You will Identify, validate, and quantify new pricing improvement opportunities across the entire product and service portfolio for LSG (Life Sciences Group).
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to the LSG organization on pricing strategy and execution
- Develop and drive data-driven pricing guidelines/tools for business units within LSG divisions
- Provide analysis and technical support for pricing initiatives that include setting list prices, determine customer specific discounts and identify product conversion opportunities
- Determine new product introduction price positioning. Work closely with marketing, product management and finance teams to determine optimal launch price
- Prepare executive-level reports of findings and opportunities increase price attainment in the businesses
- Build Ad-hoc modeling and analysis related to price/volume tradeoff
Education/ Experience
- Must have bachelor's degree in business, operations, mathematics, economics, or a scientific field.
Compensation And BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $75,000.00-$100,000.00.
