Who we are looking for We are seeking a self-motivated candidate who is a Loans SME to join the transformation team and work on Loan HQ which is STTs strategic solution for Loans and Private Credit embodying all processes and technologies related to loans and their servicing for the world's largest investor manager clients. What you will be responsible for You will
Lead design discussions on the Loans product with the business at State Street, our Clients, vendors and IT
Responsible for helping to drive execution for key milestones across the various workstream in a timely and cost effective manner. Being responsible for the next gen design of innovative solutions for our Loan HQ platform
Be the subject matter expert for multiple technology-business functions relating to Loans or draft in SME expertise as and when required
Collaborate with business analysts and business users to gather requirements and write stories in Agile to guide the milestones towards the target end state
Work with business analysts and developer team to refine requirements and generate Acceptance Criteria for stories
Plan out with QA and business teams UAT and BUAT testing (respectively)
Collaborate with business teams and developers to plan PROD installation
Communicate progress and timelines to senior management as needed
Be accountable for milestone delivery dates

Strong critical thinking needed
Knowledge of or work experience processing Activity on Loan Applications E.G WSO
Knowledge of "how" service providers and investment manager clients work together in the loan ecosystem
Experience with how loans work end to end
Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
Ability to Navigate SSB architecture and structure related to IT deployment projects
Previous client facing responsibilities
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or economics related fields.
10 years experience working with the loan product
Prior experience at an Investment Manager or a loan service provider highly valued
Salary Range$100,000 - $167,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
