The Role
- Create estimates based on project scope, resources, and collaborate with junior Project Managers to maintain and communicate risks/course corrections
- Maintain project plans and monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
- Lead discussions around trends and process improvement opportunities and communicates to the appropriate leadership group
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to draft change orders for out-of-scope work as per Change Control process
- Learn and apply WTW standard practices and standard tools
- Mentor, grow, and lead team members and junior Project Managers
- Collaborate to deliver quality of ongoing service delivery and adhere to established Project Manager standards.
- Perform and manage all responsibilities related to the Project Manager-2 role and complies with our security protocol
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word
- Basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
- Basic SQL Skills is a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
CompensationThe base salary being offered for this role is $80,000 USD -$95,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
