We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable compliance position in our corporate headquarters office in St. Louis, Missouri. The Accounts Payable compliance position will be responsible for maintaining our vendor relationships to ensure legal, regulatory and customer compliance. The successful candidate will show the ability to work with various stakeholders including legal, accounts payable and the client facing staff in a results driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client relationship managers to manage the payment process of all paid media, 3rd party influencer and celebrity talent which includes:
    • Coordinating vendor contract with client and legal teams
    • Obtaining required vendor documents (NSI, applicable tax forms, bank letter)
    • Opening Purchase Order in system
    • Monitor Purchase Order progress to payment completion
  • Working with the shared service to ensure timely completion of vendor requirements
  • Comply with all legal, accounts payable and client requirements
  • Coordinate insurance coverage with insurance broker
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability and a well-defined work ethic
  • Experience in accounts payable
  • Ability to take on tasks to completion
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or an equivalent ERP
  • Flexibility to adapt in an ever-changing environment based on client needs

The anticipated salary range for this position is $47,000-$55,000.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
