About This RoleThis Senior Global Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business objectives for Boston Scientific’s Electrophysiology (EP) Pulse Field Ablation (PFA) portfolio, with a focus on global product marketing strategy and ensuring a world class customer experience today, while guiding product lifecycle strategy to deliver global growth. This includes involvement in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, driving the launch of multiple products globally, evolving the portfolio, seeking new solutions, and championing global commercial execution to ensure achievement of ambitious growth targets. The person in this role will achieve their goals working through their team and in direct collaboration with key functions, regions, and countries. This person is an experienced marketer of highly technical and clinical products, demonstrates strength in customer focus, franchise management, product launch execution, commercialization, and business acumen. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, anticipation, and a flexible mindset. This is a hybrid work mode based out of our Arden Hills, MN facility with the expectation of being on-site 3 days per week. Your Responsibilities Will Include
Gain deep understanding of key clinical, economic drivers and unmet therapy needs for customers globally – serving as a core leader on PFA program core teams and advocating for prioritization of key needs that can move the market
Conduct market research and analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunity in PFA space
Develop and execute strategic plans for new product launches, including market positioning, pricing, and core team management
Effectively work cross functionally and run core teams to generate a comprehensive launch plan with a high level of collaboration to ensure global teams are aligned to product strategy, messaging and defined KPIs
Develop, test, and finalize value proposition of high priority projects in development cycle with support from marketing partners, clinical, regulatory, R&D, health economics, and other appropriate partners
Conduct market research to validate/test messaging, pricing, segmentation based on project needs
Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance and make data driven decisions to optimize product strategy
Foster culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
Represent company at conferences, industry events and customer meetings to promote our products and build relationships
Develops global relationships and builds credibility/influence with internal cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries/regions
Continue to support continuation marketing efforts when needed in launched countries
Support global initiatives through clinical data dissemination, education, resources, and collateral creation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Healthcare/Biomedical
5 years of experience in marketing or sales in a regulated environment
Analytical, quantitative, and financial acumen with strategic thinking skills
Experience working globally across multiple countries/regions
Upstream or downstream experience, with experience creating impactful marketing and product launch plans
Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects and working as an integral cross functional team member
Able to travel up to 30% (including international)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in highly competitive markets
Self-starter that anticipates and has a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities with an ability to collaborate with a wide array of internal/external stakeholders
Advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
Electrophysiology or structural heart marketing experience
Product management experience with single use device
