Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include
- Assisting in the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers
- Preparing and issuing RFQs (Request for Quotes) and RFPs (Request for Proposals)
- Analyzing supplier proposals and conducting price and contract negotiations
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and requirements
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure the completion of appropriate contracts and agreements
- Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performances
- Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues or concerns
- Providing support in vendor management and relationship building
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Staying updated with market trends and industry developments related to suppliers and products
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement or sourcing coordination, preferably within a large organization
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certification or equivalent
