This dynamic Sr. Financial Analyst will lead key financial planning and analysis activities for the qPCR/GTS FP&A Management Reporting team. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Finance, working together to provide support to business unit leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with divisional leadership to drive process excellence in our key reporting mechanisms of QBR/MBR, AOP/STRAP, and the division's monthly close & forecast process
- Support key reporting metrics, such as: P&L, MCF, Capital Expenditures, FX, Headcount
- Identify and solve for gaps in processes as well as implementation and oversight of appropriate systems, control/process standards to drive continue improvement
- Champion other ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as assigned or as self-identified areas for improvement and development
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, or, Economics
- 5-7 years of strong analytical experience in financial planning and business analysis
- Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
- Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics
