Manage a team of product managers to drive growth and profitability for the Handheld Analytical Instrument portfolio
Lead commercialization and product development activities to deliver revenue goals and strategic market position
Partner with the leadership team to build out the near and long-term strategic roadmap and priorities
Drive product lifecycle including developing the justification/business case, product launch plans, marketing plans, pricing and positioning, value proposition and channel strategy
Develop and present compelling training materials and provide product line training and support
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Lead or manage global supply, demand, revenue, margin and pricing for product portfolio; updating and presenting forecasts regularly to management, finance, and manufacturing teams
Partner with finance and product team to build scenario-based financial models and forecasts to inform market strategy and prioritize activities
Work cross-functionally to support quality, operations, and services outcomes
Collaborate effectively in a global setting across different geographies and time zones
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, with experience managing people preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects
Experience with analytical instrument portfolio comprising instrument, software, and services
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze overall business impact
Ability to build and inspire teams in a collaborative and matrix environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis skills
