We are looking to quantify impact of our offerings (benefits, education, networking opportunities, etc.) to Selling partners via survey tools and other mechanisms on their satisfaction levels with the program.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead design and execution of primary research studies (leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods) to generate actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholder teams like marketing, product, education, and partnerships
- Lead research and analysis that helps measure the impact of program initiatives on seller perception metrics
- Lead foundational research to help understand undiscovered small business lifecycle/ journey and to uncover unmet needs
- Design nimble mechanisms to scale quantitative and qualitative research solutions, tools and processes
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- 6 years experience conducting end to end quantitative and qualitative research (e.g., identifying appropriate research methods, designing, executing, analyzing, and drafting actionable recommendations from primary research), with expertise leveraging qualitative research methods (e.g., firmographics, in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies) and quantitative research methods (e.g., driver modeling, regression analysis, factor analysis, clustering)
- Experience in working with small businesses
- US and international work experience
- Master's degree or higher
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
