Schedule : Monday Friday 4 : 00am-1 : 00pm, eventual move to grave 12am-8am

Duration : 3-6 months

What’s a typical day as a Time Planning Clerk? You’ll be :

• Preparing, entering, and validating all payroll data in ADP, including employee time cards, time adjustments, vacation time, sick time, and pay codes.
• Assisting with employee timecard corrections and tracking performance against timekeeping rules.
• Coding labor transfers and cost center changes.
• Processing employee data updates in the ADP timekeeping system.
• Validating and updating leave of absence statuses.
• Responding to employee inquiries and issues related to payroll.
• Ensuring pay and deduction compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Maintaining control documents for accurate payroll processing.
• Identifying and resolving employee paycheck errors.
• Tracking apprenticeship and probationary period hours for employees.
• Processing punch edit forms and managing payment of service calls.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
