Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Contract : 2 weeks - possible contract to hire.

Overview :

Kelly Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO.

This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing our team's workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch technicians to service locations, coordinating schedules and providing necessary job details.
• Maintain and understand multiple calendars to effectively manage scheduling.
• Perform general clerical duties including making copies, data entry of tickets and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrate proficient typing skills for effective communication and documentation.
• Manage filing systems, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily retrievable.
• Conduct follow-up calls and call maintenance with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns.
