Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience.

12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 - 7 : 20, 4 days week one, 3 days week two

Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following

Shift Differential : additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm 7 : 20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm 11 : 20pm

Pay Range : $32-$38 / hr

What’s a typical day as an Electrical Maintenance Technician? You’ll be :

  • Reporting to and assisting with both electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
  • Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.
  • Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and / or repairing programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and machine components.
  • Performing basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed.
  • Problem-solving and continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic / pneumatic issues on production equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Participating in and successfully completing training to increase job-related trade skills.
  • Assisting in training maintenance employees in equipment repair and regular servicing.

  • Possess technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, computers & information technology, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, motion / motor control, welding, and machining.
  • Can effectively and safely use hand tools and power tools.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excel in communication and teamwork.
  • Are available to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
