MyKelly is Hiring an Outside sales rep Near Arlington, IL

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Rep in Arlington Heights, IL. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Hours are 9am 5pm.

Pay info : up to $65k plus bonus

Job Details

  • Generate and follow up on quotes for all products
  • Process sales orders
  • Create and provide quotations
  • Monitor competitors’ products and prices
  • Negotiate price with suppliers and present to customers
  • Work in small team environment, communicating as required with all personnel.
  • Develop new suppliers and potential customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with existing suppliers and customers
  • Manage customer-specific inventories as needed.
  • Travel to customers and suppliers as needed (both domestic and international)
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Perform for individual and company’s sales annual goals and profits
  • Cover area - mainly Midwest region (20% Overnight travel monthly)

Skills / Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Work experience in international field is preferred
  • Willing to travel throughout the US and Mexico
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
  • Communication skills essential and the ability to effectively communicate with non-native English speakers highly preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Spanish language is highly preferred
