We are looking for a Project Manager who specializes in Interior Design for our window treatment and upholstery company. You will be responsible for supervising the production of custom window treatments and upholstery for our residential customers. This is a great opportunity to join an established company serving mostly high-end customers in New Jersey and New York.
Interior Design - Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously process and manage multiple orders and design service projects
• Liaise with cross-team members via email, phone, in-person, and/or remote online meetings to organize COM/COL, and custom furniture documents, and ensure timely completion from the workroom to meet installation dates.
• Create project schedules for design service projects to organize orders, match custom finishes between items made at different workrooms, and drop dates for shipping to meet installation dates.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and managers
• Managed daily requests from residential interior designers, custom upholstery, and custom window treatments.

Interior Design - Project Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of Interior Design Project management experience is required
• Communicate with outside vendors as per project requirements.
• Familiarity with production processes and materials
• Strong presentation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
