Pelican Grand Beach Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor professional who will monitors the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests.

The Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise all Housekeeping employees, which include Room Attendants, House Persons, Public Area Attendants and Laundry Attendants.
• Scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards
• Ensure that all guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained to Hotel standards at all times
• Ensures all public areas and outlets are maintained and cleaned at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Daily duties may vary depending on shift.

Requirements

• 2 years previous housekeeping experience in a resort/hotel is required.
• Candidate must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel including management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.
