Within a therapeutic residential care setting, Bridges provides case management services for stabilization and family reunification, life skills development, recreational activities, and weekly support groups for boys aged 14 to 17 and a half.
Position Overview
The Residential Site Coordinator supports the Group Home Program Supervisor (or Program Manager) to oversee the daily operations of their assigned group home program site(s) to create a safe, energetic, and positive environment for at-risk youth living in a group home program. The incumbent supports the Program Supervisor as the “eyes and ears” of their assigned site, monitoring the activities of youth and residential staff. They ensure adequate resources are available for the smooth operation of the home by coordinating staff schedules, procuring materials, and ensuring the facilities are maintained and secure. The incumbent troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions. This is a full-time position with additional on-call responsibilities for emergency or crisis management.
