Job Duties/Requirements:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
• Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Fleet management, forecasting, as well as shipment and logistics management.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have a clean background.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse management preferred.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities, and strong computer skills.
