Local Bank / Teller

Pay : $14.50 Depending on Experience

Hours : Monday - Friday 8-5

Job Duties :

• Greet customers and assist with various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries.
• Accurately process customer transactions and ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
• Provide information about bank products and services, and refer customers to appropriate banking personnel for additional services.
• Assist customers in opening new accounts, including checking, savings, and other types of accounts.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security regarding customer information.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
