Starting salary at $70,000 additional compensation based on experience.
Job Overview: This position will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance and Engineering departments. This will include prioritizing projects, proactive and reactive work along with repairing work orders. This position will be the gatekeeper and subject matter expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System. They will also streamline maintenance and engineering practices to increase efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial maintenance operation or maintenance supervisory position for 5 years.
• Technical degree in building/maintenance related subject.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System administration.
• High degree of knowledge in broad based engineering and maintenance practices.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
