As apart of the Mysttik team, you will play a key part in delivering memorable dining experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and working together with your team to create an efficient and enjoyable work enviroment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, and service areas
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)**
