Model: Onsite/Hybrid (local or candidates from nearby states preferred)
Industry: Financial experience is a must
Must Have:
A minimum of 9 years of overall experience, specifically in financial domains.
Candidates must be local or from nearby states.
Ability to develop Requirement Understanding documents and provide solutions for functional performance gaps.
Extensive experience in the financial sector.
Proficiency in SQL and reporting.
Familiarity with the offshore-onsite model.
Willingness to act as the onsite SPOC for an offshore project.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to review SIT & UAT test cases.
