MZ Wallace is seeking a talented creative leader to be responsible for creative vision and strategy, and driving the creation of elevated visual content and storytelling through experiences across multiple channels. They will be an integral member of a close-knit team, with innovative, big-picture ideas and an ability to roll-up their sleeves and execute at any level.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to concept, art direct, and oversee content creation company-wide to drive sales and support business/marketing objectives
  • Work closely with leadership to establish clear creative vision, set strategic objectives for best-in-class creative, and define/evolve branding that aligns with brand strategy
  • Oversee all company photography/video, graphic design, copywriting, UX development, and creative production for all channels from concept to delivery
  • Lead the team in the timely creation and delivery of assets across all channels, including email and social, digital ads, e-commerce assets and site content, print and OOH, packaging, and visual merchandising
  • Liaise with the marketing team to understand and integrate data-driven feedback to optimize performance of both internal and external content
  • Brainstorm and contribute innovative storytelling, as well as ways to engage with and grow the customer base
  • Translate marketing and e-commerce initiatives into clear, compelling communications that bring the brand to life in impactful ways
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role with luxury consumer/fashion brands and campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume agency or in-house creative department
  • Must have a portfolio demonstrating relevant, sophisticated experience
  • Understanding of brand strategy
  • Self-starter with the desire to work collaboratively to achieve best-possible results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting concepts and visuals to groups
  • Ability to comfortably receive and integrate feedback throughout process
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, social and digital content platform best practices, new technologies, creative standards, cultural trends, and consumer behavior
  • Strong team management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • Solid relationships with freelance creatives
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, Airtable, and Slack.
New York Pay Range
$120,000-$200,000 USD
