We’re a 25-year stable, family-owned business with long-term clients in Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole, and Polk counties. Those clients are involved in banking, facilities/property management, churches and schools, commercial office spaces, auto dealerships and medical offices, to name a few. We work hard, but have fun too!

While we offer highly competitive pricing, we retain clients by providing consistent cleaning and janitorial services that exceed their specific requirements—and we regularly check on them to ensure that it’s happening!

Our consultative sales representative will use both cold calling and targeted sourcing to identify qualified leads in key markets. This position requires both telephone prospecting and daily travel throughout the counties named above markets and surrounding territory.

Here are our expectations:

• Taking the lead in the entire sales process from prospecting, qualifying and needs assessment, to developing proposals and quotes, closing and building long-term relationships to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance and a clean driving record for the last 5 years. Must have reliable transportation.
• You don’t have to manage a soul—just your performance!
• English/Spanish fluency would be great but isn’t necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning sales experience

Starting salary: $55,000 to 60,000 base salary with very generous monthly, uncapped commissions for client retention.

Mileage and SunPass allowance to offset travel expenses.
