Position Overview : N C Machinery is seeking a dynamic Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at our Monroe Branch. This pivotal role within our Parts Department involves actively promoting and selling parts, components, and processes to our esteemed VIP Customers.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, friendly demeanor, and efficient service.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting N C's products and services, processing customer orders promptly, and effectively upselling additional products to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with customers to identify their parts needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote N C's products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications & Experience :
• Minimum of a high school diploma required; additional education or training in sales or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in parts sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and components preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
