N-Drip is a global company on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive solutions enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.
As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit a Territory Client Relations Manager to join our USA-based team, and help us lead the change in agriculture. This representative will prospect for new clients with the goal of converting their current flood irrigated fields to N-Drip’s systems.
Main responsibilities:● Work collaboratively with internal agronomists, irrigators, sales support,
and instillation teams.
● Acting as the N-Drip liaison and first point of contact to ag client base.
● Assist growers in the process of converting flood to drip irrigation.
● Prospect for further business development within assigned territory.
● Assist prospective customers with grant or funding application processes.
● Provide virtual and on-site technical support and customer service to local farmers.
● Organize and hold educational grower and distributor meetings.
● Create and maintain positive client and vendor relations.
● Estimated territory travel 2-3 days a week with occasional overnight stays.
● Reports directly to the VP of U.S. Market Development.
Skills and qualifications:● 3 years of personal or professional hands-on crop production, farming, or
agronomy experience.
● Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, crop and soil science, plant pathology,
or relatable ag fields.
● 3 years of client management, sales, or business development experience.
● PCA or CCA are a plus, but not required for consideration.
● Sales administration, lead generation, B2B, and/or business development
experience.
● Independent, self-sufficient, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
● Handy and creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
● Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and locations.
● Highly effective written and verbal communicator.
● Experience utilizing CRM and cloud-based platforms, such as Monday.com.
● Current driver’s license.

Additional notes:● This position involves travel within and outside the United States.
