The responsibility of the general manager is to manage day to day operations, marketing, and drive sales for all N1 Motion training services (N1 Performance, N1 FIT, Recover & Treatment, Personal Training, Team Training,and Online Training). This requires being dedicated to the companies mission, persistence, high work ethic, ability to develop and lead a team, great communication skills, ensure quality service, and constantly pursuing personal development to succeed in this role.

1. Operations:

 Manage day to day operations of the facility

 Ensure the facility is ran efficiently and effectively

 Provide a safe and welcoming environment for members and guest

 Manage training schedule

 Recruit qualified fitness and performance coaches/interns

 Train staff on company policies, procedures, sales, and development

 Track equipment inventory and office supplies

 Manage customer billing questions, updating info, and answering phones

2. Marketing/Sales:

 Generate leads and prospects to increase membership sales

 Develop new business opportunities to meet KPI goals

 Help develop and implement strategic sales plans

 Meet weekly/monthly KPI Goals

 Develop market analysis to identify customer needs and promotional efforts

 Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate

 Develop and manage client & organization relationships

 Manage social media, sales, marketing campaigns

 Organizing and collaborating events (workouts, vendor fairs, etc.)

 Manage social media ads, SEO, and email marketing

 Develop relationships with key community members and organization to drive awareness
