NEANY Inc., headquartered in California, Maryland is currently looking to hire Deputy Program manager /Program Assistant to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) / (R&E) / Mission Capabilities (MC)/Prototyping & Experimentation at their Pentagon and/or Crystal City (Arlington, VA) locations. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance. Neany Inc. offers excellent pay for this position ranging from $75,000.00 – $135,000.00. Our benefits package includes, Medical, Dental, Vision. Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes and experience with MIPRS processing. Analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects) Review accounting transactions for data accuracy Establish financial policies

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes on the Government side
• Preparing/processing MIPRS 
• Analyzing financial statements and reports
• Developing financial models
• Preparing projections
• Performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership
• Analyzing financial data
• Forecasting future trends
• Preparing budgets

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Working knowledge of financial strategies.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Business acumen.
• Thorough understanding of accounting and financial auditing principles and best practices.
• Ability to present complex financial data to external teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field,
• At least four years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
