Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience with DoD program management
• Ability to maintain a clearance, if required
• Managing overall performance parameters for multiple contracts
• Interfacing with clients to maintain and build relationships
• Managing project budgets, costs, and profit margins
• Supporting business development activities through opportunity identification, proposal writing, attending conferences, client meetings, developing marketing materials, writing past performance, and other growth activities.
• Personnel supervision and employee performance management
• Supporting hiring activities for new personnel
• Support to corporate operations
• Support for process compliance

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
