Description
Responsible for strategic and operational business development. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Building business relationships with current and potential clients. Utilizing skills and business acumen to learn new ways to promote and maintain brand relevance to strive in a competitive market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth.
  1. Develop in depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  1. Keep track of revenue streams and identify various opportunities to increase profitability, identifying and developing new lines of business depending on consumer behavior.
  1. Assesses market and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed, researching emerging trends and recommending new company service lines and programs to satisfy and/or capture customer needs.
  1. Presents business or marketing opportunities to company executives.
  1. Perform competitor analysis towards obtaining a better market share.
  1. Negotiate and close business deals that promote better revenue.
  1. Advertises, and/or consults with advertising agency in a joint effort to move the hospital towards a more positive public image in the Nacogdoches Community.
  1. Schedules administration, staff, and physicians for such projects i.e. Breakfast club, recruitment video, filming, tv, radio, newspaper and other public appearances.
  1. Proof scripts, advertising brochures, newsletter and other collateral materials and provide material for further development for use by advertising agencies. To include contacting the media when events of interest occur within hospital, arranging for positive publicity.
  1. Identify needs within the hospital and clinics for additional materials and public relations coverage.
  1. Assist television, radio and newspaper reporters when they need a story idea or help on a current story; escort them through Hospital and obtaining consent forms when an actual patient is featured
  1. Responsible or involved in the planning and execution of open houses, receptions, banquets, Chamber of Commerce events at the hospital.
  1. Utilizes programs such as desktop publishing systems to design and produce invitations, programs, name cards, flyers, and information sheets, decorations for any open house or reception planned for the hospital.
  1. Plan, order purchase or acquire promotional items for community events, plan and collect items needed for booth decoration, recruit and schedule volunteer workers to man booths for community events.
  1. Establishing networks with specialist in industry, maintain valued relationships and negotiating deals, building solid relationships with customers, vendors and community.
  1. Assist in the coordination of strategic and comprehensive physician/provider recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of the employer.
  1. Performs initial interviews to determine provide candidate suitability for placement.
  1. Establishes or assist in the strategic plan for recruitment to ensure availability of providers to meet patient needs.
  1. Work with the NMPG Executive Director of Operations to improve operations and accountability for snapshots (budget/goals data) within NMPG.
  1. Other duties as assigned to meet the mission, and vision goals of the organization and department.

  1. Works collaboratively with all healthcare team members towards the best outcome for the patient and hospital, demonstrating compassion, respect, caring attitude, and team work oriented.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Minimum 3 Years of previous experience in comparable role and Bachelor Degree in related field (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in order to be successful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, pc.
  • Listening, attending, and empathy skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, communications and community relations.

  • Ability to develop, present, and following meaningful effective programs, motivate community relation participation.
