Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple digital platforms
Manage and optimize paid search, display advertising, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and customer retention to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful digital assets, including banners, videos, and landing pages
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide recommendations on new technologies and channels to reach our target audience
Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
Use data-driven insights to develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies that drive personalized and relevant marketing communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or technology company
Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid search and display advertising campaigns
Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Excellent communication and project management skills
