Global law firm is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of corporate transactional and regulatory paralegal experience,
- AmLaw200 law firm experience, preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
The Corporate Paralegal will:
- Assist attorneys with preparing documents for closings, entity formations, and dissolutions
- Manage regulatory filings and assist with audits
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $80K - $130K commensurate with experience benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
- Hybrid schedule
