Well-established New York City law firm is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated self-starter with:
- 3 years of New York commercial real estate transactions experience
- Title and survey experience, required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will:
- Review titles, surveys & lien searches
- Prepare transactional forms and documents including but not limited to UCC-1s, UCC-3s, SS-4 forms, purchase agreements, operating agreements, deeds, ACRIS forms, escrow letters, settlement statements, etc.
- Create closing checklists and binders
- Assist with amendment filings
- Additional tasks, as needed
Additional Information:
- Salary: $75K - $90K commensurate with experience comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, 401K and more
- Full-time in office for first 90 days, hybrid thereafter
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM w/ flexibility for overtime as needed
