Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based community outreach program operated by NAFI. MST is dedicated to serving youths aged 12 to 17 who face the risk of removal from their natural home environment due to behavioral and safety issues. Our evidence-based programs seek individuals who are eager to join a proficient and dynamic clinical team. Together, we strive to collaborate with youths and their families, fostering sustainable change within Rhode Island communities.

Multisystemic Therapist/Clinician Essential Functions:

• Hold a full-time salaried position with a standard 40-hour work week.
• Deliver home-based and community-centered services.
• Benefit from non-traditional, flexible scheduling arrangements.
• Implement evidence-based family therapy practices.
• Operate without specific productivity quotas.
• Undergo a comprehensive 5-day orientation training.
• Receive extensive supervision and support.
• Foster collaboration with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and other community providers to maintain seamless continuity of care.

Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in social work or related field required 
• No minimum years of experience to be considered
