The Enhanced Outpatient Services Program (EOS) at North American Family Institute, based in Warwick, RI is currently looking for license-eligible Therapists (MHC, MSW, MFT) to offer intensive home- and community-based treatment services for families with children and adolescents at risk of out of home placement due to disruptive behavior, serious emotional disturbance, or other behavioral disorders. Cases are located throughout Rhode Island, with catchment areas based on clinician preference.

NAFI EOS offers small caseloads, a flexible schedule, a high level of training and clinical supervision in evidence-based practices, and a supportive team working environment.

Our In-home/community-based Therapists provide services to families of children with behavioral difficulties.

Clinicians/Bilingual Therapists overview:

•  Therapist Caseload of 5-8 families, flexible schedule, with the possibility of early morning and evening hours.
• Therapist 40 hours a week with potential for supplemental pay for every hour over 23 hours per week at $41/hour.
• Therapist Clinical supervision offered, both individual and group supervision, allowing for hours necessary for most licensures.
• Therapist are an integral part of the treatment team and work with our medication provider regarding psychiatric issues and medication.

This is a full-time salaried position with excellent benefits and training, and supervision hours for licensure.

• Fluent in English and Spanish speaking preferred
• We will consider those who have not yet received their master's degree.
• Preferred MA or MS in Social Work, Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or a related field or be currently enrolled

Base Salary:

Currently in graduate school: $47,000-$49,000 per year

Graduated from graduate school: $51,000- $53,000 per year
