Account growth dimension Responsible for delivery relationship building and establishing Nagarro as a trusted partner by working closely with the customer
Enables Nagarro to get increased/repeat business through excellence in delivery, consultative and pro-active sales internally, ideally is positioned in the client's geography and frequently meets key client-side stakeholders.
Updates the Account Plans and leads or participates in the account management calls.
Responsible for preparing and quarterly updating the account growth projections and quarterly presentation of the same to Delivery, Sales and Geo leadership
Seek references/testimonials from customer Delivery excellence dimension Captures customer's vision and ensures the delivery meets the expectation.
Works and collaborates with Delivery Manager to smoothen out delivery issues (progress, cost, budgets etc.) and manage client expectations.
Identifies topics on which Nagarro can innovate and consult to create strategic breakthroughs for the client business.
Identifies service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
Acts as the escalation point for onsite resources when issues arise with resources and manages any dispute or conflict.
Manages the contractual, financial and legal aspects (Invoicing, receivable, MSA, SOWs, renewals etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience in a growth-focused role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
