Support and assist in the management daily operations of the office, communicating with the MTFD team and leadership
Review requirements and policy documents
Validate Requirements, Interface, And Other Module RequirementsAdvise and execute activities in support of the Network, MTFs education and training requirements
Act as a liaison between MTF stakeholders, trainees, and leadership
Assist in the management and support of daily operations of the office
Work with project stakeholders to identify and prioritize the training and education requirements
Ensure that requirements reflect the end users’ needs and that the system being developed reflects the requirements
QualificationsQualifications Required:
- 5 - 10 years of senior technical requirements management experience with federal government contracts
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the project
- Must possess business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation and user surveys, and analyze data to identify a solution to a business issue
- Experience formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverable items while serving in or supporting the federal government.
- Experience working directly with MTF leadership in the hospital setting is desired
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to engineering, information technology, or management.
- This position requires an active Public Trust. Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
