- Develop executive, high-level, professional briefings, reports, and strategic communications. Draft written materials such as White Papers, reports, and briefing slides to respond to regular requests for information.
- Support collaboration with corresponding DoD program offices. Compile, analyze, track, and report enterprise-wide program activities.
- Collaborate with senior DoD and Government officials on special projects.
- Monitor project execution and update leadership on any issues (e.g., technical problems, project delays) that may impact the achievement of client requirements or that may exceed the defined scope of work.
- Organize, plan, facilitate, and execute stakeholder meetings.
- Encourage and foster creativity and innovative thinking among the team to deliver novel tools and concepts.
- Manage contract personnel and operations to include financial tracking and performance management.
- Supervise and track the team's progress to ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the contracting officer and COR.
- Experience leading and managing teams of 20 people.
- Experience developing recommendations and briefing senior officials.
- Experience developing, executing, and monitoring work plans, timelines, reports, briefings, studies, memoranda, and presentations, as well as experience with the review and approval process of these deliverables.
- Keen interest in supporting an environment of collaboration, process improvement, and other leading-edge team leadership practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Proven experience leading business operations teams and managing client relationships within DOD is highly desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Work Location: Work is performed in the National Capital Region.
Clearance: This position requires a Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergencies.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
