- Full spectrum contract management support for one of Nakupuna’s Lines of Business
- Responsible for managing workload for 1 – 2 direct report staff members supporting the same business line
- Advise program teams on risks and contractual issues
- Assist with detecting and mitigating organizational conflicts of interest
- Oversee procurement timelines for purchases under your assigned contracts
- Attend or support meetings with customer as needed, to include contract kick-off meetings
- Prepare formal notices and correspondence with customers
- Prepare for contract closeout at contract conclusion
- Support Bid and Proposal team by providing contract analysis and review of solicitations and bids
- Minimal travel may be required for this role
Education and Experience:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 15 years of professional experience with contracts management in the federal market.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and Public Law.
- Experience with Costpoint/CMS is desired.Certification: CFCM or CPCM certification is preferred.
