Job Description SummaryThis position is based in Anchorage but will primarily perform deep cleaning services to facilities throughout Alaska. The position is part-time and involves non-traditional schedules with overnight stays. Responsibilities

• Employee is required to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Cleans offices, public spaces, industrial areas, warehouses, exterior areas, and additional areas as required.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, extract, waxes, buff, vacuums, etc. all types of floors to include carpeted areas.
• Dusts both low and high areas using ladders and lifts.
• Wipes down or cleans various surfaces to include walls, ceilings, and windows.
• Uses appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks.
• Removes and properly disposes of discarded materials.
• Removes and transports trash to the appropriate disposal areas.
• May change light bulbs and perform very light facility maintenance.
• May perform painting.
• May operate a vehicle.
• Position requires routine weekly, overnight stays within the State of Alaska with travel by aircraft.
• Other related duties may also be assigned

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

• Some combination or education or experience that evidences a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.Experience in facility maintenance and painting preferred.
• A valid Alaskan driver's license with a 3-year driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Position requires successful screening through multiple background and security checks.

Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsWeather: Indoors and Outdoors, frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.Noise level: Moderate to Loud.Description of environment: Environment will vary based on the facility assigned to.Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
