Nancy's Pizzeria's flagship full-service restaurant/bar is located in the heart of the West Loop in downtown Chicago. We are looking for a host who always give outstanding customer service to help ensure that guests receive an amazing experience! Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain extensive knowledge of the restaurant, menu, etc.
- Prepare the dining room and host stand
- Greet guests in a welcoming and sincere manner
- Manage table assignments and waiting list
- Seat guests and communicate with servers
- Ensure tables are cleaned and turned
- Answer phones with professionalism and knowledge
- Deal with complaints in a respectful manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Break down, clean, and restock host station
Job Qualifications
- Minimum degree required: High School Degree (or currently enrolled)
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Energetic
- Reliable
- Organized and efficient
- Extremely personable
- Communicative
- Quality-oriented and customer-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

The history of Nancys Pizza dates back to 1971 when Italian immigrants, Nancy and Rocco Palese, opened their first pizza parlor, Guys Pizza, in Chicago. They were known for their thin crust pizza, but as business fluctuated, the Rocco and Nancy began experimenting.
