Interviews will be held on Wednesday August 21st from 8:30am – 12:30pm at Nando’s Pentagon Row 1301 S Joyce St, Suite D10 Arlington, VA 22202!

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/yr.

The Assistant General Manager is the right hand to the General Manager and provides full support in running the restaurant, managing costs, and developing a team.

Requirements and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
• Must have 3-5 years General Manager experience
• Must have 3-5 Years Manager experience
• Must be certified in all hourly positions and pass manager training within allotted time and have completed any additional training with regards to the Restaurant Manager position
• Understanding of basic computer and internet navigation skills, required
• Must demonstrate understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures and can coach and teach their team
• Must pass a background and credit check
• Flexibility to work different job functions, shifts, overtime
• Must be able to work at any restaurant within region from a food/ alcohol licensing and transportation perspective.
