Hiring: Restaurant Manager
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/yr.
Location: Washington DC Metro area- Including Northern Virginia and the Maryland suburbs

Our Restaurant Managers are the guardians of the Nando’s experience for our guests and our people. In this role, Restaurant Managers ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.

Requirements and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
• Must have 3-5 Years Manager experience
• Must be certified in all hourly positions and pass manager training within allotted time and have completed any additional training with regards to the Restaurant Manager position
• Understanding of basic computer and internet navigation skills, required
• Must demonstrate understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures and can coach and teach their team
• Must pass a background and credit check
• Flexibility to work different job functions, shifts, overtime
• Must be able to work at any restaurant within region from a food/ alcohol licensing and transportation perspective.
