As the Warehouse Manager at Nani Swimwear, you’ll be over all warehouse operations, navigating receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management and distribution. Your mission will be to manage warehouse employees and ensure everything flows smoothly, implementing operational policies and procedures and maintaining the rhythm of the warehouse software integration and flow. You will ensure the timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders as well as wholesale fulfillment and logistics including routing trucks for pallet shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
• Maintain software integration, flow, and operation within the warehouse.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
• Equipment and Safety:
• Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Staff Management:
• Lead the Nani warehouse crew with motivation and discipline, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. You will directly manage our warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance in warehouse operations.
• Wholesale Fulfillment and Logistics:
• Have close hands-on oversight of fulfilling wholesale account purchase orders (POs) with extreme attention to detail, following individual trading partner vendor guides and procedures.
• Route trucks for the shipment of pallet-sized POs.
• Ensure correct quantities are available for wholesale account POs.
• Oversee the functionality and order flows of the wholesale website.
• Reporting:
• Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Analyze data and provide insights to upper management.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, & Abilities

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and technology for efficient warehouse management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to assist with tech-related issues and propose new solutions.
• Experience with wholesale fulfillment and logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
