DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Perform machine set up and shut down.
- Operate CNC machine.
- Perform routine maintenance on machine.
- Deburr and polish parts.
- Request raw materials and tooling as necessary.
- Quality check manufactured parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of CNC tooling and related hardware.
- Skilled in verbal communication.
- Ability to read part prints.
- Accomplish work utilizing and abiding by ISO requirements and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Solidworks, and Camworks programs.
- Knowledge of Haas controls.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Succeeds in self-management.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred Machinist Associate's Degree.
- Preferred 4-5 years of experience in related field.
- Experience Using BobCAM software is a plus.
- Experience Using Haas brand 3 Axis Mill’s is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
