About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced/dynamic Business Development Manager to lead new business development in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with customers/potential partners, and driving growth. 

Assignments call for heavy travel. 

What you will do: 

• Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our customer base 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, etc. 

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns 

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities 

• Prepare and present business proposals to potential partners and stakeholders 

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners 

• Lead and manage international business development teams 

What we are looking for: 

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• MBA Preferred.

• 15 years APAC business development in the semiconductor industry 

• Proven track record of business development success 

• Excellent and active network of contacts in the industry 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Excellent networking abilities 

• Ability to think strategically/identify new business opportunities 

• Experience in developing/executing strategic plans 

• Greater than 50% International Travel
