About the role:
We are seeking an experienced/dynamic Business Development Manager to lead new business development in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with customers/potential partners, and driving growth.
Assignments call for heavy travel.
What you will do:
Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, etc.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Prepare and present business proposals to potential partners and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners
Lead and manage international business development teams
What we are looking for:
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
MBA Preferred.
15 years APAC business development in the semiconductor industry
Proven track record of business development success
Excellent and active network of contacts in the industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent networking abilities
Ability to think strategically/identify new business opportunities
Experience in developing/executing strategic plans
Greater than 50% International Travel
