JOB PURPOSE :

A Parts Driver connects NAPA to other businesses that use NAPA parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.

Think of it as a "Parts Store" conveniently located on-site a place of business and the customer having the convenience of not having to leave their location! We have our IBS team located on-site, at the business to provide the parts right away for various equipment so they can get back to business.

DUTIES :

• Build good relationships with NAPA customer.
• Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts.
• Assist with resolving issues for customer.
• Help check-in and stock inventory.
• Share knowledge and skills to train new associates.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to back into parking spots.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
