Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available! Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):

  • Provide routine clinical tasks
  • Perform routine blood drawing procedures
  • Take and document vital signs, height and weight, assist with PPDs and EKGs
  • Assist with examinations and/or treatments
  • Assist with patient hygiene, ambulation and dressing changes
Qualifications:

Qualifications for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) :

  • STATE or National Certification is required for Certified Medical Assistants.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
  • A valid CPR card
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred.
  • Office Lab Assistant License (For Nevada only.)
