The Customer Service and Registration Specialist will work with and assist the Office Manager in all administrative tasks needed to enroll students into courses. This position will utilize online databases, Learning Management (LMS) platforms as well as traditional filing systems. This individual must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interface with clients in a professional manner.
