Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, invitee identification, and more
- Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms
- Support team with creative mailers, from conceptualization through execution and reporting
- Help with creator content briefs and liaise with cross-functional and external partners
- Manage of influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs – inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center
- Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty
- Maintain all relevant databases/spreadsheets – i.e. influencers, media, makeup artists, etc.
- Support team with ongoing administrative needs
- Must be Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry, social media, influencers and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
